The 2022-2023 Broker-in-Charge Update (BICUP) Course is a four (4) hour* course that must be completed by all brokers-in-charge & brokers who have BIC-Eligible status & who wish to renew their licenses on active status on July 1, 2023, for the 2023- 2024 license year.
