Self-paced postlicensing is now available!

• The North Carolina Real Estate Manual is the required textbook for all post courses

• You must have a NC Real Estate license number to register for a postlicense course

• $175 per course, $475 for the 90 hour package

• End of course online testing is administered by a third party - PROCTOR FEE INCLUDED in the price of the course

• You must complete the course material and pass the end of course test within 180 days of purchase - extensions are not allowed
