Based on interviews with industry veterans, "Building Trust" explores the often tense relationship between the new homes industry and general brokerage agents. This class addresses perceptions on each side of the transaction and offers best practices to bridge gaps between the parties to lead to successful transactions. Building Trust is designed to produce interaction among students and to encourage an empathetic understanding of one's counterparty in seeking productive collaboration.
