BEFORE YOU REGISTER:
You must be 18 to qualify for a real estate license in NC
$300 is the base price for access to the required 75-hour course
End of course online testing is administered by a third party -PROCTOR FEE INCLUDED in the price of the course
You must complete the course material and pass the end of course test within 180 days of purchase - extensions are not allowed
